She should proceed this evening for Lyttelton. The Breeze is due to arrive from Dunedin to-day. After loading for Wellington. Picton and Wanganui, she is to sail for Lyttelton The Poolta, on the Wellington, Napier and Gisborne run, is due here from Oamaru to-day. She is to sail for Lyttelton later in the day. The Port Whangerei is due from Dunedin to-day to load for Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland and Whangerei. She should get away for Lytelton this evening. The Holmdale should be here from Oamaru this evening. She is to load for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui before sailing for Lyttelton. Waihemo from Los Angeles The Waihemo was scheduled to clear Los Angeles on May 1 with cargo from Pacific coast ports for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australia. She is due at Auckland about June 12. Tairoa from Liverpool With cargo from west coast ports of Great Britain, the Shaw, Savill, and Albion steamer Tairoa was scheduled to clear Liverpool on May 19 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Napier. She is due at Auckland about July 8. lonic Leaves Southampton The Shaw, Savill, and Albion liner lonic left London on May 17 and Southampton on May 18 for Wellington and Auckland. She is due at Wellington on June 26. Surrey Cleared Colon In continuation of her voyage from Bluff to London, the Surrey is reported to have cleared Colon on May 13. She was despatched from Bluff on April 20. Rough Trip of Tees The Chatham Island steamer. Tees, which left Lyttelton on April 30, was expected back in port in about eight days, but because of bad weather, the vessel was away from Lyttelton for twenty days. After loading 400 sheep for Lyttelton, and -1,400 cases of fish for Wellington, the vessel left the Chathams on Wednesday afternoon, and arrived at Lyttelton early on Sunday morning. She met a south-west-erly storm early on the trip, and late on Friday night a nor’-wester sprang up with heavy seas. Progress was slow, the average speed being three knots. On Friday the wind changed again to south-west, and on Saturday to west-nor’-west, and then calmed down. The vessel disembarked seven passengers, only two of whom were seen on deck during the voyage.
