CHILDREN’S FOOD
VITAMIN D ESSENTIAL FOR HEALTH. In New Zealand especially, there is a tendency to give children too much starchy, food, such as bread and potatoes, and not sufficient eggs, milk and fresh vegetables—foods which have a high vitamin D content, the element which is so necessary for growth and development and the maintenance of good health. Vitamin D is present in an agreeable form in Wilson’s “Maltexo” plain and in "Maltexo with Cod Liver Oil,” and that is what makes these tonic foods so very valuable for growing children, They are also rich in diastase and maltose, two constituents which have great strengthening and building-up properties. Children given “Maltexo” plain, or with Cod Liver Oil, develop sturdy bodies and enjoy that robust health which enables them to resist coughs, colds, and similar ailments. In lib and 21b jars and 71b tins for family use. Be sure you get Wilson’s. ..
