W. J. TOMKINSON INJURED.
By Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, May 17. Tile well-known trotting trainer, W. J. Tomkinson, met with a painful accident yesterday, when he fell from the top of a horse float and received injuries to the stomach. He was admitted to St. George’s Hospital. E. C. McDermott will go north tonight to drive Mr Tomkinson’s horses at the Wellington meeting.
