JAPANESE REPLY TO RUMOURS
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, March 26. The Foreign Office has investigated the story of a Japanese base on the Isthmus of Kra, and declares that it is nonsense, and not deserving of notice, except in that it suggests attempts to injure Anglo-Japanese relations.
