PARLIAMENTARY INQUIRY By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, March 27. Good progress has been made with the hearing of evidence and crossexamination of witnesses by the Parliamentary Film Committee, which is inquiring into various phases of tne film industry. Mr A. Harris, M.P., is chairman of the committee. At the conclusion of to-morrow’s sitting, the committee intends to adjourn for Easter, resuming again on April 4. Before the adjournment is taken the committee hopes to have heard the major portion of the evidence. The present indications are that the committee should be able to complete its deliberations about a week after the inquiry is resumed following the Easter vacation.
