TWO DIVIDEND SYSTEM. At a meeting of the committee of the South Canterbury Jockey Club, which was held last night, it was decided to operate the totalisator at the meeting on April 21 on the two dividend system, 75 per cent, and 25 per cent. At its last fixture the club operated on the win and place system.
