PROPOSED RESTRICTIONS IN FREE STATE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright DUBLIN, March 15. The Irish Press forecasts immediate legislation to prevent the increase in the number of retail shops, the restriction of the activities of foreign-owned multiple concerns, and the abolition of travelling shops, excluding vans used by fanners.
