MAIN SCHOOL COMMITTEE AFFAIRS.

To the Editor of •• The Tlmaru Herald ■■ Sir,—With reference to Mr Harley's explanation published in your report of last Main School Committee meeting, may I say you have heard the evidence on his side of the issue right through and, of course, there are two sides to a matter of this kind. Before defending myself, by publishing my side of the case, to which the clnirman of that committee said: “Well I don't blame you Dennison,” I will welcome Mr Harley to come round, to let us forgive and forget, shake hands and let the matter drop.—l am, etc., F. R. DENNISON. Timaru, December 12.
