FIRE IN JAPAN
IMPERIAL UNIVERSITY DAMAGED United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph —Copyrlgh t (Received December 13, 10.3 op.m.) KOBE, December 13. A fire occurred at noon in the engineering laboratory of the Kyoto Imperial University, and within an hour destroyed the whole building. The Garrison assisted in the firefighting in a desperate endeavour to prevent the spread of the fire. The damage is estimated at 700,000 yen.
