WOOL SALES
MARKET FIRM IN SYDNEY. SATISFACTORY CLEARANCES RECORDED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 13, 10.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, December 13. At the wool sales 12,235 bales were offered, and 11,532 were sold as well as 3053 privately. There was strong general competition from Yorkshire, Japan, Germany, Italy, and France and local users, with satisfactory clearances. The market Is firm.
