NEW THEATRE

During a severe storm, B fireball burst near two gardeners at Bishopbourne. One lost his sight momentarily, and was so badly shaken that he was unable to move. The other man was chopping wood and the axe went spinning from his hands. A cloudburst occurred and Percival Blatchford (16) was drowned while attempting to swim a flooded creek.
