The only alteration which has been made by the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee of the House of Representatives in the Tomato Gardens Registration '3lll is in respect of the fees payable on gardens entirely within glass-houses. Under the BUI as originally introduced it was provided that a fee of 5/- per annum was to be paid in respect of gardens with an area not exceeding 500 square feet, but this has now been altered to provide for the payment of the fee on areas not exceeding 250 square feet.
