COMPLICATED CASE BEFORE THE COURT. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, December 9. The Supreme Court dismissed an appeal by the Australasian Brokerage, Limited, against the previous dismissal of allegations of misrepresentation in connection with a contract, under which the appellant was to be ■ the 6ole selling broker for the Australian and New Zealand Banking Corporation, Limited.
The case, a very involved one, has been before various Courts since 1931.
