Composed of New Zealand Flowers.— The Wellington Navy League's wreath for next year’s Trafalgar Day celebrations in London has already been made. It is composed of the flowers of native New Zealand trees and shrubs. The weath has been placed in ice, and will be kept until the time for forwarding to England arrives.
