MR ARTHUR HENDERSON INSULTED. GENEVA. October 17. German journalists, representing “Germania.’' went out of their way to be insulting to Mr Arthur Henderson. They occupied his private parking place at Disarmament Hall, and told the police as there would be no Conference there would be no President. Mr Henderson intervened, whereupon the Journalists said: "We don't take orders from you." The Incident aroused much sympathy for Mr Henderson, who Is a model in his consideration to the Press. Later the Journalists apologised, and the incident cioac-d.
