The Public Prosecutor demanded that General von Goering, Dr. Goebbels, Herr Heines (police chief at Breslau), Count Helldorf (leader of the Berlin Storm Troopers), and Herr Schulz, all accused in the “brown book," should be called as witnesses in the Reichstag trial. No doubt the Court will acquiesce. Supposedly because he wrote a newspaper article offensive to General von Goering, a well-known Dutch journalist, Baron von Swlndren, was arrested in the lobby of the fire trial Courthouse. He was later released. Request Conceded. The Court subsequently agreed to call General von Goering and the others whom the “Brown Book” accused of planning the fire. M. Dlmitroff was allowed to return to Court, which is considering his request to inspect the “Brown Book,” which he has not hitherto seen. Dimitroff’s Alibi. Dimitroff's counsel asked permission to call evidence that his client was not In Berlin on the night of February 27. The judges replied that they already regarded Dimitroff's alibi proven.
