After a week’s success at Manchester. where critics said a delightful comedy was smoothly produced, the New Zealander, Mr Merton Hodge, will present "The Wind and the Rain.” rather reminiscent of “Young Woodley,” at St. Martin's Theatre, under the direction of Auriol Lee. Mr Hodge is the first New Zealander to secure a West End production. Another of his plays has been bought for production in 1934.
