A Munich message says that in laying the foundation stone of the “House of German Art," Herr Adolf Hitler was given a silver hammer as a symbol of Nazism’s future. Herr Wagner, in presenting the hammer, said lie hoped it would be used at all similar functions. Herr Hitler’s first stroke broke the mallet.
