Mr R. W. Green, who has occupied the position ol treasurer of the Wanganui Agricultural Association for many years past, has resigned Mr H. P. Richmond, a well-known barrister of Auckland, returned by the Tamaroa. His mission to England was to represent the underwriters In the appeal to the Privy Council in the Hawke’s Bay earthquake cases He has been away from the Dominion since March.
