Two men were critically injured, and are expected to die, and five were reported missing on Friday night In a fire that started with an explosion in a gasoline launch, which ignited two piers and four lighters at the Standard Oil Company’s Lowerhook plant, and barely missed Igniting three tankers and freighters.
