BOY BREAKS ARM. During the Pleasant Point High School v. Geraldine District High School Rugby match at Geraldine yesterday, Wallace McCullough, of Raukapuka, a member of the Geraldine team suffered a broken arm as a result of a fall. After receiving medical attention he proceeded to his home.
RUGBY.
The friendly senior match, Geraldine v. Pleasant Point, played at Geraldine yesterday afternoon resulted in a win for the visitors by 10 points to 9. Anderson, Arras and Bishop scored for Pleasant Point, and D. Callanan for Geraldine. In a curtain-raiser, Pleasant Point High School beat the Geraldine District High School by 10 points to 9. Pleasant Point secured two converted tries, and Geraldine three unconverted tries. After the match the schoolboys were entertained at the High School, and the seniors at dinner, and later at the Football Club ball.
