He was well received in all the villages. The weather was exceptionally fine, and very successful and enjoyable in Malaga. Accompanying the Administrator were Mr W. Mcßride (secretary of Native Affairs), Mr T. Robson (resident Commissioner of Savaii), and the High Chief Taliettoa, 0.8. E.
