£ FISH PUDDING. f f * £ lib cooked fish, Jib bread crumbs, y Jib mashed potatoes, 2 eggs and % *■ a little milk. £ * Flake cooked fish, season with % £ salt, pepper, chopped parsley, * X and onion. Mix all ingredients % *> together. Beat the yokes and £ £ whites of eggs separately and * X stir in. Add a little milk if too £ *> stiff.
