PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 26th day of July, 1933, at noon at the offices of the Levels County Council, Church Street, Timaru, a Special Meeting of the Levels County Council will be held for the purpose of confirming a resolution passed by the Council at a special meeting held on June 7th, 1933, the object or purport of which resolution is to make a by-law repealing all by-laws now in force in the Levels County referring to traction engines and heavy traffic and making other provisions with regard to the said matters. A copy of the proposed by-law is deposited at the office of the Council and will remain open to the inspection of the public during office hours for at least 30 days immediately preceding the meeting at which the resolution is to be confirmed.
