BENEFITS ON WIDE AREAS WINTER FEED FOR STOCK ASSURED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 23, 10.0 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 23. Splendid rains have fallen, or are falling throughout New South Wales, particularly in the wheat belt and grazing areas. Some southern and western areas have already had half an inch, which will allay anxiety and assure winter feed for live stock. Parts of the coast have been drenched, and the danger of floods is imminent. Opportune rain is also reported from Queensland, affording immediate relief to wrought-stricken grazing areas. The southern and south-western sections of that State have greatly benefited.
