RINGLEADERS SENTENCED AT GENEVA.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright GENEVA, June 6. Nicolle, who was arrested after the November riots last year, was sentenced to six months, and two others to four months’ imprisonment. [Twelve were killed and 20 injured as the result of rioting in Geneva on November 10 of last year, following a political demonstration on the shore of the lake. The military were called out to quell the riots. M. Nicolle, a Socialist deputy, and also a municipal councillor, and another Socialist leader and two Communists, were arrested. Nicolle was said to have encouraged the mob to attack the soldiers.]
