AIRCRAFT MARK
SYMBOL OF BRITISH SUPREMACY British Official Wireless (Received May 8, 8.30 p.m.) RUGBY, May 6. British aircraft have been granted an official distinguishing mark, consisting of a lion rampant in gold, within the three rings of red, white and blue. The mark is to distinguish aircraft which are of British construction, and are in possession of a certificate of airworthiness. The mark has been registered under the Trade Marks' Acts.
