HEALTH OF BRITISH MINISTERS. British Official Wireless (Received December 30, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, December 29. In the interests of his health, the Prime Minister has been persuaded to postpone his departure from Lossiemouth, until later than January 17, which was the date fixed for his return to London. Sir John Simon, who has been suffering from a severe chill, is no longer confined to his room.
