CABINET SECRETS
THREAT BY MR LLOYD GEORGE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 22. In the House of Commons, Mr Lloyd George reverted to Cabinet secrets, and threatened that if partial disclosures are again given, as last week, he would unhesitatingly take responsibility for publishing the whole transactions. If sent to gaol, he would have good company in Sir Robert Home and two or three other Ministers. Inquiry to be Made. Lord Hailsham, replying to the discussion. in the House of Lords, on the Cabinet secrets disclosure, said he would have an inquiry made into the specific cases mentioned in the House of Commons on December 14, but he would not refer further thereto at present, because it would be dealing with gentlemen holding high positions of State.
