DISASTROUS FIRE
HEAVY KOREAN DEATH ROLL United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 23 , 9.25 p.m.) TOKYO, December 23. A large wooden building in a congested quarter of Tokyo housing 54 fainilies of labourers, was burnt before dawn. Fourteen are dead and many injured. Later Report. Thirty are missing and believed to be burnt. Besides the adults, fifteen children are reported dead. The inhabitants are mostly Koreans.
