BALKANS IN FERMENT
PEACE IMPERILLED BY FRONTIER INCIDENTS. United yrese Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 6. A Vienna message states that the Balkans are in a ferment. The Bulgarian-Jugo-Slavian relations are imperilled by frontier disputes. Jugo-Slavia has diplomatically informed Bulgaria that she is withdrawing the mixed Commission for the peaceful settlement of frontier incidents, owing to Bulgaria’s failure to suppress terrorists' organisations. Austria is protesting against Jugoslavia kidnapping Austrian subjects.
