COLOURS MATCH EYES
Brown-eyed girls are lucky because the latest Parisian fashion fad demands that the colour of the hair shall be the same as the eyes. Girls with blue eyes are in a quandary, and those with eyes of grey will sacrifice youthful appearance if they follow the new fashion. According to a Melbourne representative of a soft goods firm, who returned from a business trip to Europe, the eyes are the keynote of the latest colour schemes. Girls with blue eyes have to be matched. It is considered to be rather attractive, for dress is limited to three colours—blue, grey and brown —in pleasing tones.
“THE BUBBLES” COIFFURE. Eton crops and sleek “Spanish” styles in hairdressing have given place to something quite new, which is reminiscent of the famous “Bubbles” picture, and can only be successful with hair that is'naturally very curly. The hair is brushed smoothly across the top of the head from a short sideparting, but the sides and back of the head are set in a mass of little curls, which cover the whole head with the exception of the smooth line across the forehead.
