SUSTAINED COMPETITION IN LONDON.

Competition was well sustained and the bulk of the offerings were cleared at full steady rates. New Zealand: crossbred “Arakuki,” top lOid, average 8Id; halfbred “Acland" lOid to lOd. At Bradford business is limited; 76’s 25d, 64 s 23id to 24d. 60s 226 d, 56’s 18d, 50's 13d, 46’s lOid, 40's 9-id. SYDNEY SALES. RANGE OF WEEK’S PRICES. The wool prices ruling at the current week’s Sydney sales are:— Greasy merino, fleece, best to 19d, good 136 d to 15d. average 12d to 13d; ditto, free or nearly free from burr or seed, best 14d to 156 d. good 126 d to 13id; ditto, light seed or burry skirts, good, 12d to 13d, average lOid to llid, inferior Bid to lOd; ditto, burry, good, lOid to llid, average 9d to lOd, inferior 7d to Bd.
Lambs—Light, seed or burr. best llid, good 8d and 9d, average 4d to 6d.
