TIMARU CLUB RACE. Mr Gilbert. Tozer (official handicapper to the South Canterbury Centre) has declared the following handicaps for the Timaru Cycling and Athletic Club’s race to be held this evening from Saltwater Creek Hotel to St. Andrews and back, a distance of slightly over 20 miles.
