London Get Together.—The unusual scene outside the Queen's Hall London, recently, when Lord Trenchard, the new Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, addressed 2500 officers, representing all branches of the service, asking them to establish friendly contact with the men, and outlining his future policy. Lord Trenchard succeeded Lord Byng as Commissioner.
