WAGES CUT.
SHIPPING CREWS AFFECTED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 27, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 27. The Maritime Board has agreed to a reduction of the wages of sailors, firemen and the catering departments of foreign going vessels by 18/- monthly, and Home trade vessels by 6/- per week. The reduction in some of the lower ratings is proportionately smaller.
