MURDER IN CAFE.
SEQUEL TO MURDER OF WHITE WAITRESS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright VANCOUVER, January 22. Following the slaying of a white waitress in a Chinese restaurant, the police ordered Chinese cafes to discharge all white girl workers, declaring it a violation of the Dominion agreement with China. The proprietors plan a court battle.
