Wellington Gigantic Floating Dock at Sea.-The new Jubilee Floating Dock for Wellington photographed at sea in tow of three Dutch tugs the Zwarte Zee, the Roode Zee and the Witte Zee, shortly after leaving the Tyne on July 13, on its 13,000-mile journey to Wellington. One tug Left the Dock after through the Bay of Biseay and the huge Floating and the huge Floating Dock, in charge of the Zwarte Zee and the Witte Zee, entered Wellington Harbour last evening, well ahead of due date.
