SOUTH DUNEDIN SEAT. By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, August 19. At a meeting of the South unedin Branch of the United Party, the Hon. W. B. Taverner, sitting member was selected to represent the party for the South Dunedin seat at the general election. THE FUSION MOVEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association HAWERA, August 19. The Hawera Branch of the Political Reform League passed a resolution supporting the attitude announced by Mr Coates to the fusion proposal. UNITED PARTY CANDIDIATES.
