THE DAIRY BOARD.
ELECTION IN JUNE. By Telegraph— Press Association WELLINGTON, April 30. Owing to the statutory retirement on June 20th of three members of the Dairy Board, an election will be held to fill the vacancies. The retiring members are Messrs W. Grounds, Dynes, Fulton, and W. Lee, the producers’ representatives respectively of Wards 1 (North Auckland), 2 (Waikato District), and 3 (South Canterbury and Otago), all of whom are eligible fbr re-election. Nominations will be received up till May 20th. The basis of the rolls for election is lists of names of all producers supplying milk or cream to export factories in the respective wards. The election will close on June 15, and will bs by a system of postal voting.
