UNREST IN LISBON.
AUTHORITIES MUCH CONCERNED. United Press Association—By Electrle Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 10, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 9. A message from reliable sources indicates that the Portuguese Government is at present more concerned over affairs in Lisbon, than Madeira. A fresh revolutionary movement is afoot. The Cabinet, presided over by Senor Carmona, has been frequently in session. In the barracks are the machine-gun regiments. It is stated that many arrests have been made in Lisbon. Numbers of soldiers are imprisoned. Armoured cars are patrolling streets.
