PRECAUTIONS AGAINST COLD WEATHER. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 5, 8.5 p.m.) LONDON. April 5. Inquiry as to the King’s movements resulted in the Press being informed at Windsor Castle that owing to the cold wind His Majesty was staying indoors as a precautionary measure. Their Majestices motored from Buckingham Palace on Thursday, and were present at the service in the private chapel, on Good Friday morning.
