Hitler Losing Favour. CHALLENGE TO LEADERSHIP. United Press Association--By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 5, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 4. The Berlin correspondent of The Times states that open rebellion has broken out, with dramatic suddenness In the Nazi organisation, following Herr Hitler’s dismissal of Captain Stennes, commander of the NorthGerman detachment, on the ground of insubordination. Captain Stenne’s storm detachments, reported to number 500, have seized the Berlin headquarters, and Captain Stennes has issued a statement, accusing Herr Hitler of treachery, refusing to accept dismissal and condemning Herr Hitler’s leadership. The Hitler loyalists have opened rival headquarters In Berlin. Herr Hitler has ordered General Goebels to cleanse the Berlin organisation, the results of which are awaited with interest.
