CHARGE OF FRAUD. By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, April 4. On a charge of fraudulently omitting to account for £SO to the Bank of New Zealand, at Morrinsville, Keith Fortescue Kenny (27), was remanded to appear at Morrinsville on April 9. Counsel said accused was suspended, and was now living with Auckland relatives. It seemed unnecessary to send him back to Morrinsville, as he was pleading guilty. The Magistrate stated that he had no alternative but to remand Kenny.
