APPOINTMENT IN DOMINION OFFICE. “British Official Wireless RUGBY, April 3. Following the retirement from public service of Sir John Risley, Mr Henry G. Bushe has been appointed legal adviser to the Dominions and Colonial Offices, and Mr Duncan assistant legal adviser to both departments. Sir John Shuckburgh Risley, barrister, had been legal adviser to the Colonial Office since 1911. Mr Henry Grattan Bushe has been assistant legal adviser to the Dominions Office and Colonial Office since ‘1919. He was called to the Bar in 1909.
