NAPOLEON CAKE. Very few women try to make Napoleon Cake yet it is very easy if done this way. Take £lb Fether-Flake. divide in two pieces and roll out thinly. Line an oblong or square tin with one piece. Prick and spread with raspberry jam. Make a nice sponge sandwich and spread over Fether-Flake. Cover the other piece of *Fether-Flake with jam and place carefully on top of sponge. Bake 2 hour in a moderate oven. Ice when cold and decorate with chopped nuts. Fether-Flake is lOd per lb at the Ernest Adams Ltd. Cake shop.
