TARIFF TRUCE CONVENTION. United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 19. 9.30 p.m.) GENEVA, March 19. The Economic Conference passed a resolution, which will have the effect of killing the tariff truce convention. The president said he did not intend to make a funeral oration. Silence was perhaps the best policy.
