POLITICAL RIVALRY ENDS IN COURT. United Press Association- -By Electric Telegraph—Coprrlaht BERLIN, March 9. Headed by a band playing revolutionary tunes, 98 Berlin Communists marched to Court to stand trial for resisting the police during a riot, in which 14 Nazis were injured. The prisoners were accompanied by a large crowd, whom the demonstrators attacked. Many were injured. Only three prisoners finally appeared before the Judge, the rest refusing to be bullied by the police clubs.
