SLOW WORK BY COMMITTEE OF INQUIRY.
British Official Wireless (Received March 10, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 9. Several questions were put as to the progress of the Anglo-Soviet Debts' and Claims’ Committee, and Dr. Dalton (Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs), said the main Committee had met eleven times, and two sub-com-mittees had held meetings, but had not reported, while four other sub-commit-tees had not yet met.
