DISHONEST SOLICITORS. ay Telepraph—Press Association WELLINGTON. March 10. 'The Court of Appeal this morning made orders striking John Llewellyn | Charles Merton, of Palmerston North, barrister and solicitor, and ' Leslie Bruce Gilfillan, of Hamilton, barrister and solicitor, off the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Dominion. Neither of the practitioners was represented, and the orders were made on application of Mr Von Haast, counsel for the Law Society. The ground alleged against each practitioner was the same—that of converting trust moneys to his own use. Costs, £ls/15/-, were allowed in each case.
